Blank Board Firmware Install (3.1/3.2/3S)

This guide has moved: see Install on a blank board on Update Firmware. Pick ProGCC 3.1, ProGCC 3.2 or ProGCC 3S in the installer. The 3S shows up as a drive named RP2350.
