The SuperGamepad+ features two separate microcontrollers to provide USB and Bluetooth function. There are two separate firmwares that may require an update.

Update USB Firmware

To update your firmware normally, you may simply connect your controller to the Hoja 2 Config Tool

Manual Firmware Update

To manually update your SuperGamepad+, hold Start + L while connecting via USB to enter USB bootloader mode.
