How do I turn the controller on? | Hold both sticks in at the same time for a few seconds until you see the LEDs power on. | |
Stick stuck physically in any direction. | Debris fell into the stick, or the internals of the stick have broken somehow. | First attempt to use compressed air to help blow any debris out of the stick. Otherwise email support@handheldlegend.com for further support. |
Controller not syncing | Not in syncing mode. | Hold + while turning on to enable syncing for Switch mode. Then go to “Controllers > Change Grip/Order” from the Switch home menu. |
Controller turning off randomly | Battery being too loose in the shell. | Make sure everything is aligned correctly, and you have all screws securing the battery board section of the PCB. |
